Candidate Responsibilities:

As a Sr Project Leader in the Large Mining Trucks Autonomy and Automation team, you will lead the integration of advanced electronic controls. You will solve complex and global technical problems. You will coordinate the planning and delivery of projects, continually learn and stay abreast of innovative technologies. Specifically, you will be responsible for applying onboard and offboard monitoring solutions that utilize advanced analytics algorithms to provided advanced prognostics on Large Mining Trucks.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Lead new technology introduction projects to define and validate design concepts and solutions
• Lead the development, integration, and validation of electronic systems on Large Mining Trucks
• Develop detailed technical specifications and validation plans
• Provide technical guidance and initiate ideas
• Communicate results to team members and business partners
• Complete projects on time and on cost

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Technical Skills Required:

• 10+ years of job-related experience
• Experience with electronics and software integration
• Preferred:
• Machine level experience in design and product application knowledge
• Experience with a machine or engine controls
• Experience with remote monitoring and analytics solutions
• Project management experience
• 6 Sigma experience

Soft Skills
Excellent Communication Skills

• This role will be more about the automation side - Experience with Perception systems would be a plus
• Electrical or Mechatronics background would be beneficial
• Software background would be beneficial
