The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for talent acquisition that is effective in meeting aggressive staffing plans. This position will focus primarily on recruiting candidates for warehouse labor positions. Must, develop and maintain a pipeline of key talent available for immediate and future hire. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work with hiring managers and the FHI Staffing Manager to execute staffing plans. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process, from sourcing to on-boarding. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal team members, staffing vendors, professional organizations, and reputable independent contractors to help identify and source qualified talent. Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities. Observe legal compliance requirements within the talent acquisition process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full cycle recruiting, creating and posting ads, reviewing applications/resumes, interviewing, scheduling walk through interviews with onsite managers, and assisting with on-boarding.
