Are you a hard-working with attention to detail? ITAC Solutions is seeking an Senior Administrative Assistant for a great client in the Birmingham area.
What you'll be doing (duties of this position):
- Maintain inventory tracking records for inside sales
- Coordinate with various locations and outside vendors regarding logistics
- Prepare off-line invoices
- Support Managing Director and Sales Team with travel and administrative responsibilities
- Travel between various locations and businesses providing administrative support
- Utilize Oracle to generate job numbers and perform research activities
- Receive, route, and track international sales leads
- Maintain email correspondence with customers
- Update and maintain various reports, databases, and templates
- Assist with shipping promotional material to various trade shows and events
- Responsible for other duties as assigned
What you'll need to be considered (requirements):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of three years of administrative experience required
- Experience creating and operating spreadsheets, word processing, and other office management applications
- Current valid Driver's License
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
