Stefanini Group is looking for Senior Operations Management Consultant who will oversee overall process for troubleshooting of incidents, analysis, problem identification and service restoration for hardware, software and network components. Yes! call me at: JILLIAN GENODIA - The successful candidates will:Responsible for batch and job scheduling for a number of different applications and infrastructure software, including the use of scheduling software.Oversee automation functions (e.g., systems IPLs, shutdowns)Based on specific expertise, may receive and resolve escalated incidents across multiple technologies and platformsCoordinates and leads problem and root cause analysisReconciles issues across support teamsEnsures customer support service issues and concerns are handled appropriately through effective support processesEnsures operational support documentation is complete and accurateManages the execution of infrastructure changes according to rigorous release management proceduresAdminister the usage of system resources (i.e., CPU, storage, memory) and recommends corrective actions to reallocate resources according to service level agreementsOversees continuous improvement programs in response to support service metrics, customer feedback and process efficiencies Validates SLAs for supportability and insures performance against SLAs
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree preferredRelevant ITIL Service Operation concepts - Incident, Release, Change, Problem Management experience, etc
