We are seeking motivated and disciplined Licensed Insurance Agents to partner with. As an independent agent it is our job is to figure out what product will fit each individual family best and help them get qualified. To do so we work with multiple A rated Insurance companies to ensure we take care of our clients to the best of our ability.
We put Family First Life agents first with the aggressive commission scale ranging from 100% up to 145%. Vested renewals day one, and no contracts required to work with us.
We can help our clients with a range of products including but not limited to; Life Insurance, Final Expense, Mortgage Protection, Retirement Planning, Medicare Plan's.
We are seeking to find agents with a passion to help people, a strong work ethic to earn financial freedom for their families, and a desire to grow alongside us long term as a partner not employee. ● Candidate needs to be comfortable with meeting clients on a face to face basis and over the phone.
● Candidates must have above average work ethic.
● This requires above average communication skills.
● You must have reliable transportation.
● Must be 18 years and older
● Must not have any bankruptcies or felonies
● Must be authorized to work in the USA
Position duties:
● Quoting and underwriting for Life Insurance
● Recommend insurance coverage to clients
● Have life insurance license
● Purchasing Leads
● Calling leads and setting appointments
● Physically meeting with clients at their residence
● Sell accident, health and life insurance
● Discuss and handle insurance and retirement needs
● Organize your own schedule and business
