A well respected, mid-size regional law firm is in need of a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney with 2 years of experience practicing Personal Injury Law.

In this role you will be overseeing prelitigation matters for plaintiff's with personal injury and medical malpractice claims. You will work closely with the head of the litigation department to ensure clients receive first class representation.

Competitive compensation includes a base salary, a year-end bonus and a bevy of benefits.

• At least 2 years of Personal Injury law experience.
• Must be an active member and in good standing with the, Washington D.C., MD, or Virginia Bar.
• Must be proficient with handling high volumes of cases.
• Experience negotiating settlements.
