Downtown Los Angeles public entity law firm has an opening for an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney. Labor & Employment Attorney must have at least 8+ years of employment litigation experience as well as transactional and advisory work in the labor and employment context. Attorney duties will include drafting policies, employee handbooks, employment contracts, union negotiations, DFEH, EEOC and OSHA regulations, compliance and investigations, and providing sexual harassment avoidance trainings and advice.
