Job Title: Cardiac Surgery Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Needed Immediately in Central West Florida
Job Description:
HCA owned practice, Cardiac Surgical Associates, (at Citrus Memorial Hospital) is seeking a Physician Assistant or ARNP with advanced cardiac experience to join our celebrated Cardiovascular Team.
Qualified Candidates:
- Joining a two (2) Physician, 1 APP work group that conducts thoracic and cardiac surgery
-Surgical 1st (first) Assist experience - will be doing 6-8 per week
-Experience with Vein Harvesting
-Preferred Endoscopic Vein Harvesting (EVH) System is Maquet or Terumo (both used)
-ICU Management, Clinic and Call Coverage
-Electronic Medical Records Experience with Cerner Hospital / eCW Office preferred
-50/50 OR vs. Pre-op/post-op management
-Variable schedule of weekdays and weekends including shared surgical and inpatient call
