Customer Service Specialist
We are looking for an exceptional person to fill a key customer service position within our Service Department. Santa Barbara Auto Group represents 7 Premium Brands in Santa Barbara. We strive to provide a "World Class Experience" to our clients at each opportunity.
Automotive experience a plus, but not necessary.
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications:
•Front line customer service experience
•Exceptional Communication Skills
•Ability to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities
•Direct customer contact experience with problem resolution skills
•Ability to interact with multiple department managers
•Extremely PC / IT literate
•Wants the ability to grow with our business
