Job Details for Front Office Medical Receptionist:

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday Daylight hours
  • Pay Rate: $13 - $15/hr
  • Contract to hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Front Office Medical Receptionist: As a Front Office Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling patients, preparing charts, checking in and out patients and verifying insurance.

  • Register new patients and update existing patient information
  • Schedule appointments in person or by phone
  • Answer phones and field incoming calls
  • Accurately update patient records

Job Requirements for Front Office Medical Receptionist:

  • 1 year+ of front office experience in a medical setting preferred
  • OR Successful completion of a medical secretarial program
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
