Job Details for Clerical Positions:

Typical Job Responsibilities & Description for Clerical Positions (will vary):

  • Answer and transfer customer calls
  • Confirm, schedule, and reschedule services
  • Set appointments for new customers and current customers for new services
  • Address and resolve customer concerns
  • Input Data
  • Set meeting schedules for team members

Job Requirements for Clerical Positions:

  • HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Must have prior experience in a customer service/clerical role
  • Computer proficiency, including typing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
