Primary Responsibilities
- Further establish and develop Brand Voice and lead copywriter functional expertise within the company
- Concept, write, and develop a range of creative work, including campaigns, promotions, packaging, marketing collateral and internal communication
- Work on branding projects and product-focused initiatives
- Collaborate with different designers and copywriters, as well work independently at times
- Primarily support the Marketing, eCommerce and Innovation teams to understand and execute on the business needs and objectives
- Present your work, pitching and selling your ideas with both enthusiasm and clarity
- Responsible for managing and developing 1 direct report (junior copywriter)
Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years' experience
- Multicultural and/or skincare experience a plus
- Experience working within a start-up and/or founder-led company preferred
- Fully versed in copywriting needs and differences between web, email, SMS, print, paid media, social
- Demonstrated management experience, including direct report(s)
- Able to demonstrate creative problem-solving and/or out of the box ideas/mindset
- Flexible, agile, open-minded and positive attitude
