Job Description
Primary Responsibility / Summary
Assists the E-Books Supervisor in the efficient operation of the the Company's E-Books operation; manages and leads staff to achieve established goals for sales, production, customer service, payroll, safety and expense control.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1.Assists in maintaining inventory replenishment and rotation schedules .
2.Processes orders and shipping of goods.
3.Ensures quality of merchandise by performing audits.
4.Responds to customer questions and resolve concerns as needed.
5.Maintains structural, electrical and equipment of operation as needed.
6.Leads and encourages staff.
7.Provides staff training; assigns specific duties and follows-up.
8.Coaches and counsels staff.
9.Prepares, maintains and submits required financial reporting.
10.Receives and records donations from public.
11.Loads and unloads trucks.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities
12.Other duties and special projects as assigned.
13•Performs limited supervisory duties in the absence of the E-Commerce Supervisor.
14•This job supervises 5-7 staff.
Education & Experience
•1-2 years of supervisory experience.
•1-2 years of e-commerce experience.
•High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
Other Qualifications
•Shift flexibility and overtime when needed.
•Ability to handle confidential information.
•Ability to work with minimal supervision.
•Punctual and dependable attendance.
•Free from alcohol and drug abuse.
