Customer Services, Shipping Administration Clerk

Allow your customer service skills to shine. We have a Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00pm customer service shipping administration clerk position, available for an immediate start.

Warehouse functions (50% of work schedule)

• Supports shipping/receiving LTL BOL's

• Schedules LTL shipments

• Packages and manages small packages daily (Fed Ex/UPS)

• Assists with FTL organization and paperwork

• Inventory counting to assure orders are ready for shipment

Customer Service Functions (50% of work schedule)

• Assists with entering orders into E1.

• Checks inventory for incoming orders

• Responds to minor customer requests.

• Responds to Sales Department on requests

• Liaison between customer service, production, and warehouse on order status and responds accordingly.

This position provides excellent customer service while executing all international and domestic shipping. Candidates must have warehouse/shipping experience within in a distribution center or manufacturing environment.

International import/export experience a plus

• Fed Ex/UPS daily package management

• Customer Service experience preferred, not required (this portion of the position can be trained).

• Manages the shipment of all products, materials, and supplies
• Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment of products
• Tracks, traces, and updates the status of outgoing shipments
• Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately
• Accurate data entry
• Ability to learn new shipping software and office software
• Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude
• Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments
• General administration support as needed
• Able to work in office and warehouse
• Must be able to work well with other
• Attention to detail
