The ideal candidate will have a great personality, great organizational skills and is detailed oriented.The Fleet Management Administrative Coordinator's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provides operational and administrative support for the departmentWill assist with Vehicle Dispatches and Work OrdersTracks vehicle maintenance and repairCoordinates/dispatch driversCoordinates and processes various administrative forms for vehicle fleet management and travelSchedules and coordinates calendars for meetings and vehicle maintenance Collects data and prepares various reports for internal and external useAbility to analyze problems and develop solutionsAdministrative tasks including filing and processing inter-company itemPerforms miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have the following skill set:Experience assisting with Vehicle Dispatches, Work Orders, Track Vehicle Maintenance & RepairExperience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Strong verbal and written communication skills (including spelling and grammar)Advanced level of attention to detailStrong organizational and time management skillsMust be able to work in a fast-paced workshop environment with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks and demandsAbility to work independently as well as within a teamAbility to communicate with co-workers and customers in a professional business mannerAccurate typing and data entry skillsAbility to analyze problems and develop solutions
