Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

The Practice Administrator works in collaboration with the director of patient experience, will direct and supervise the staff and day-to-day operations in the assigned practice, ensuring delivery of quality patient experience and achievement of productivity goals.

Control the customer service experience, including the hiring of effective staff, the training of said staff, provide feedback based on observations and constantly look for ways to improve

Have the pulse of the practice including customer (patient and referral) experience, team member satisfaction, doctor satisfaction, opportunity for improvement/growth

Monitor the environment and facilities - make changes when needed

Ensure policies, protocols, procedures are being followed

Assists with HR management to include, schedules, terminations, collaboration with supervisors, employee reviews etc...

Communication with team members and doctors

Change implementation

Trouble shooting practice issues as they occur, and proactively working to avoid issues Performs other related duties as required

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Five years of related experience with at least two years of supervisory experience, preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required, college education preferred

Basic office skill such as typing and filing

Extensive knowledge of office management procedures

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent time management abilities with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suit or related software

Ability to work cross functionally with other team members
