Accounts Receivable Director East Dallas, TX - hybrid, 3 days onsite Vaco has partnered with one of our PE-backed clients to look for an Accounts Receivable Director. They are in "growth/acquisition" mode with a ton of accounting projects going on and need someone with strong leadership and well-rounded AP experience. This will be an opportunity to build out a team and overhaul processes and procedures to lead the company forward through their growth phase. Compensation: $140-160K Key Responsibilities: Build, lead, and mentor a newly forming AR team, focusing on performance, accountability, and continuous development. Assess current team structure and capabilities, identifying gaps and implementing training or hiring strategies to strengthen the department. Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including billing, credit, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution. Design and implement scalable, efficient AR policies, procedures, and controls. Partner with IT and finance systems teams to evaluate and enhance AR systems and tools (e.g., ERP, collections software). Monitor AR aging reports, DSO, and other KPIs to drive continuous improvement and performance. Description: The Director of InfoSec & Cybersecurity is responsible for the architecture, design, implementation, and operation of technology information security and cybersecurity of infrastructure and application environments within its data centers and corporate offices. The Director of INFOSEC & Cyber Security reports to the VP of Information Technology and ultimately to the Global CTO. The director will collaborate with business unit leaders and internal data center operations staff to provide security of the company's intellectual property, information technologies, data, personal identifying information and all information related assets and services.
