Juliet and Lebanon Opportunity to be only provider with EUS skillset Approximately 1:5 call schedule with the addition of new provider Dedicated office staff including several that have been with the team for 10+ years Schedule: 50% Office and 50% Procedures TriStar Summit Medical Center, 218-bed comprehensive facility offering a full array of acute care services including cardiology, emergency, oncology, orthopaedics/spine, rehabilitation and womens servicesHermitage is located within Davidson County and is a short 14-mile drive to downtown Nashville and only a six-mile drive from the Nashville International Airport, making travel easy.
