Job Description:
* Conduct root cause analysis of high priority INC and PBIs.
* Coordinate the status of operations to the GPMO and other stakeholders.
* Coordinates and performs software problem analysis, requirements analysis, design, modification, testing and adaption of application software.
* Directs and manages resources responsible for the resolution of discrepancies and other required maintenance activities.
* Ensure operations process and procedures are followed.
* Ensure resolution of Priority 1 and 2 INC and PBIs per NGA timelines for operational tickets.
* Leads operations and maintenance effort for the FS2 ASP suite of capabilities, products, and services.
* Provides a daily Operations status of all FS2 systems to stakeholders.
* Desired: Experience in NGA application software operations and sustainment
* Desired: Experience in systems sustainment, integration, and test
* Desired: ITIL Service Transition and Service Operations certification
* Experience in Cyber Security.
* Experience in leading team-tasks for modifying complex applications programs from specifications and Discrepancy Reports.
* Experience in NGA geospatial information system development or sustainment is desired.
* Experience in systems sustainment, integration, and test.
* Experience or certification with software and system lifecycle methodologies (e.g., ISO, CMMI).
* Thorough understanding of AWS.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 8+ years of experience, Active TS/SCI clearance
