Title: Technical Business Analyst Location: Baton Rouge, LA/ Remote Work Duration: 1 Year

Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with the Product Owner, agile team and relevant subject matter experts to define high quality user stories with detailed acceptance criteria. This includes functional and non-functional requirements
- Performs and/or facilitates business and technical analysis in support of project design and implementation.
- Works with customer and quality assurance to identify needed test data and develop test cases that ensure expected functionality and features are validated before and during User Acceptance Testing.
- Perform GAP analysis to determine if business requirements are being met
- Performs special tasks as assigned. This includes such tasks as assisting with preparation of highly complex specialized reports, and serving on data conversion and Quality Assurance teams.
Mandatory Skills:
- Experience with Business Analytics processes including creating requirements and design documents and facilitating project related meetings with business partners.
- Experience working as a Business Analyst in an Agile Environment (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Familiarity with Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR)
- Experience with FileNet or Electronic Data Management Systems
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing
- Experience managing Projects utilizing Software Development methodologies such as but not limited to: Waterfall, DevOps, Extreme Programming, Rapid Application Development, Agile Development, etc.
