Client Experience Specialist

Orange Tree Employment Screening is seeking a Client Care Associate to join our Client Success Team. This position reports to the Director of Client Care.

Location: Edina, MN.

Description: The Client Care Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Orange Tree clients and their candidates. We're looking for someone who loves problem-solving and creating long-term partnerships with clients. You will love this role is you enjoy helping others. What You'll Do:

Provide outstanding customer experience by:

• Answering calls for assistance in completing pre-employment background screens, including troubleshooting and information updates
• Assist with re-scheduling of Occupation Health services and Drug Tests
• Assist with starting the dispute process when appropriate
• Respond to emails from clients asking for updates or additions/subtractions from pre-employment background screening services

Experience and requirements:

• 3 + years of customer service required, preferably in a B2B setting.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening skills attentive to the details, ask clarifying questions and help problem solve
• Prior experience with telephone-based customer service is preferred
• Ability to adapt to the flow of work quickly
