NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Healthcare Technical Integration Tech Lead to
work with TruCare Client Implementation project Manager to capture the requirements for testing of data feeds, data conversions, integrations across systems using SnapLogic, Correspondence system and AWS
Create test strategy and plans, test cases, test data, test scripts, automate test cases, test automation framework development
Interfaces testing in agile/devops, hybrid waterfall methodology
Coordinate with dev manager and lead, release, operations and business teams through the lifecycle of implementation supporting agile/devops/waterfall methodology and best practices
Create integration tests for the implementation and support UAT by business teams
Bring in automation across the lifecycle using the devops toolchain
Work with the team and participate in the daily and weekly standup and cadence meetings, provide dashboard reporting
Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)
Minimum 5+ years of Experience of working on end to end technical testing role
Customer facing and strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to work in in integrated environment and demonstrate understanding and usage of ALM tool chain
Strong hands on proficiency in EDI ( Edifecs or equivalent )
Ability to write complex SQL queries
Healthcare provider, payer side of business understanding and implementation/portal development
Required Skills/experience:
Experience of testing in agile projects with TDD/BDD, Automate first approach, SDET capabilities
End to end testing lifecycle experience - TEST strategy and approach, test automation framework development, test planning, test requirements analysis, test scripts development, test automation using Selenium/C# scrips, test execution and reporting
Functional, regression, Integration and End To End testing experience
Experience with EDI/Data Testing using ETL's
Agile/Scrum development, DevOps experience
Strong with SQL scripting
Experience with Healthcare Managed Care applications including Correspondence and on-boarding of applications on Cloud platform
They need excellent communication skills and can work integrated into existing standing teams, as the work that they will be doing is absolutely team-oriented work, and not "lone wolf" style development.
