Job Description

Job Title: Product Specialist
Location: Northern, NJ
Job Type: Contract
Duration: Long Term

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee product road-maps, with an emphasis on launching features that make tools friendlier, more automated and deeply integrated with Media Supply Chain Operations workflows
  • Identify solutions, product requirements and execute on critical initiatives for content supply chain, from order management to fulfillment and delivery to Broadcast, STB, MVPDs, OVDs, SVOD and TVE partners
  • Scope and collect customer requirements, provide guidance on best practices and apply technology and product knowledge to address customer needs
  • Develop specs and requirements for enterprise level broadcast workflow and media management products
  • Create user stories and ensure the integrity of builds prior to launch
  • Manage development team efforts, sprint planning, testing and product rollout
  • Project manage system and solution rollouts and define processes for ongoing operational support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business leaders, partners, technology stakeholders to solve complex problems with proposed workflows and technical solutions

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year experience in a role demonstrating strong technical, quantitative, or analytical skills
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a role exhibiting excellent written and oral communications, effective interpersonal skills, project management, and strong formal presentation abilities
  • Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with emerging media technology products and project management
  • Minimum 2 years experience in product development, including requirements analysis, specification development, user design, and implementation
  • Experience in enabling customer workflows and operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication - strong and effective public speaking skills
