We have an immediate opening for a Dispatch Field / Printer Technician in Anaheim, CA. Must live in the area of zip code 92804 area.
This position is for break-fix service work covering two on-site locations per day during Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
- This is a driving position which requires a DMV background check to be completed
- Use of reliable, personal vehicle required - miles reimbursed according to CompuCom policy
Overview:
- Technician will travel to each client s location to provide service
- Must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs desktops, laptops, servers, and printers
- Works under general supervision
Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE Field Service experience
- Desktop support experience - systems may be POS systems or desktop / laptop units
- Reimaging and updating OS experience required
- Good communication skills
- Printer break-fix / repair experience
- Must be able to follow written instructions
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred
- Required to load company apps on a personal smartphone
Basic Needs / Haves:
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver s license required (driving position - reimbursed accordingly)
- Ability to lift and move IT equipment
