Smart IMS is looking to hire Business Sales Associates/ Account Managerrs to join our growing Information Technology operations in Plainsboro, NJ office and to work with our existing clients and to generate new clients.

Looking for someone who can demonstrate the ability to independently develop relationships and sell IT services, develop new leads for sales, provide account management and mine existing accounts.

A person with business or associate degree in Business, Sales, Marketing is preferred but not a must for a person willing to build career in IT sales. Experience is preferred but not necessary. New graduates can apply.

• Identify, prospect, and develop new companies
• Develop, build and maintain client database working with CRM database.

Aggressive, willing to learn.

• Build long term business relationships with existing clients and new clients
• Develop sales strategies in conjunction with management to maximize account penetration

Compensation: Base Salary with Excellent commissions and performance incentives
