Job Description

The Payment Coordinator is responsible for addressing landowner and developer payment issues and researching these issues to provide solutions and maintaining a database to provide to land analysts. Work with analysts on special projects or payment reconciliation tasks. Point of contact for landowners and internal departments for payment resolution. Also responsible for assisting on land lease intake functions and document management.

Job Duties

  • Handles all incoming calls and emails to the land management hotlines.
  • Point of contact for developers, lawyers, site manager, and asset managers for payment discrepancy issues.
  • Possesses excellent customer service and phone skills as well as time management, organizational, communication, multitasking and teamwork skills.
  • Works collaboratively with the entire land management department.
  • Exhibits and manages excellent turn-around time in order to ensure timely authorizations and follow-up communications.
  • Candidate should be highly-organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Consistently works in a positive and cooperative manner with fellow team members.
  • Demonstrates flexibility to perform duties wherever volume deems necessary.
  • Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
  • Use of MS Excel, Sharepoint, and SAP.
  • Other duties as assigned.
