Stefanini Group is hiring for a FINANCIAL ANALYST in Chicago, IL!
Duties:
Software Assessments
Complete the software assessment template 90 days prior to expiration following the renewal schedule and working with IT Application Owners, IT Procurement, Tax Team, vendors and resellers
Present assessment in weekly meeting for approval and email meeting minutes
Submit PO Request for approved purchases
Maintain excel tracker of what gets approved, reviewed, PO requested, terminated, etc.
Recharges
Enter data into recharge templates on monthly basis
Month-end Close
Tie LE v. Actuals tracker to GL report from SAP to assist in reconciliations required for month-end close entries
A400 schedule
Review and enter data into A400 report according to Controller s instructions
Entitlement management / Tier 3 Loading
Upload software tier 3 contracts from shared drive to SharePoint site in prep for loading into Software Asset Management tool, Flexera
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience; Financial Analysis for Software Asset Mngt
Working experience with SAP and Flexera
Proven experience with Software Assessment, Recharges, Month-end closing and A400 schedule
Bachelors degree in Finance or any related program
