Job Description
We are looking for an Associate Program Manager for the DOD/VA IT Service Management team. The DoD/VA IT Service Management team manages asset and change actives within the Federal Enclave. The government has unique cyber security requirements for both asset management and change management. The IT Service Management team ensures those unique requirements are met while following all CernerWorks policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications - Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
- Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. ====
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare or related field
- 1+ year of program administration, program development or program management work experience
Preferred Qualification - 2+ years working with Change Management
- 1+ years working with a ticketing system
- Experience with ITIL best practices
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
