As a Project Coordinator, you will provide day-to-day coordination of projects and support of project teams. Utilizing your organizational skills, you will help drive the success of projects by monitoring and reporting project or team performance against specified project goals and objectives, achieve project deliverables, and escalate issues that affect project deliverables. Also, build and maintain internal stakeholder relationships by attending and participating in project team meetings to provide timely and on-going communication. Coordination will also include updating and monitoring information in a project tracking tool.

San Juan Regional Medical Center is a 194 bed, Level III trauma center located in the beautiful San Juan River Valley in northwest New Mexico. The center provides healthcare to the Four Corners region of New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, and Colorado.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Health Care, or related field; or equivalent relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Clarity PPM
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Project and Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience with DocuSign or other electronic agreement tools

Expectations
  • Must live in or around the Farmington, NM area
