Our client is a world's leading live streaming platform for gamers, and they bring the joy of co-op to everything, from casual gaming to world-class esports to anime marathons, music, and art streams.

They are currently looking for a Golang Developer for a long-term contract position in San Francisco, CA.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirement:

• Experience building scalable, cloud-based, web applications
• Developed Web services supporting large scale Infrastructures
• Strong experience with development using GO/ Golang
• Design and Develop REST, RPC and messaging based software infrastructure and APIs
• Design and develop low latency/high throughput server infrastructure components to handle a large volume of transactions
• Analyze requirements, design and develop code, unit test code and test tools

Qualification:

• 8+ years of solid programming experience with good technical background and fundamentals
• Really good experience with GO/Golang
• Development expertise in REST/JSON/APIs
• Solid working knowledge of NoSQL databases such as Cassandra, Couchbase, and others
• Development expertise in message and data pipeline technologies such as Apache Kafka, Kafka Streams, RabbitMQ
• Plus: video streaming, social media company experience

Position logistics:

• 12+ months Contract
• Location: San Francisco, CA (Local candidates preferred)
