Taos is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to help us support an enterprise video communications client .
What you'll be doing
- Working as a Data Analyst within the Trust and Safety group of a large video communications company
- Use data to identify trends, conduct root cause analysis and suggest potential opportunities for process improvements
- Set, monitor, and maintain the key quality and abuse metrics, and identify the issues in product, engineering, and operations
- Develop metrics to evaluate risks of service and effectiveness of safety programs
- Conceptualize, develop and maintain dashboards for risk detection and monitoring
- Devise data-driven strategies to proactively identify, detect, and mitigate risks to our users and propose possible improvements to prevent it from happening again
- Work on data association, clustering, segmentation, filtering, and estimation
- Strong storytelling: distill interesting and hard-to-find insights into a compelling story
What you'll bring with you
- 2+ years as a Data Analyst
- Solid SQL Programming skills.
- Demonstrated coding and programming abilities is other languages is a plus
- Strong metrics management / dashboarding experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-driven with the ability to work in a self-guided manner
