Frontend Application Developer Intern

San Francisco, CA

The SIE Front-End Development Intern will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and testing of Next-Gen Web-based apps, running on gaming consoles.

• 
  
• Building familiarity with existing software, tools, and code base.
  
• Participating in design discussions, and planning meetings.
  
• Collaborating with UX designers and Product Management on requirements.
  
• Working as part of an Agile Scrum team to develop, enhance, add features, write unit and integration tests, write documentation, and ship software.
  
• Working on continuous improvement of software, by profiling, refactoring and optimizing existing code.

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science (or related field), and/or within 1 year of their post-graduation date
  
• A great teammate, a fast learner, with a positive and can do attitude. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
• Strong programming skills, JavaScript, RN, HTML 5, CSS, JSON
  
• Experience with single-page app design and development, services integration.
  
• Experience working or an interest in Gaming, Digital Media Services, Device Software.
