PeopleSoft TAM/CG CONSULTANT

Duration: 5 Months
CLIENT uses on premise PeopleSoft v9.2 HCM and FSCM.
CLIENT runs multiple HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll for NA, Base Benefits, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Employee Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS).
Project Goals
> Implement Talent Acquisition Management and Candidate Gateway modules
> Integrate Talent Acquisition Management and Candidate Gateway modules with other modules, including Core HR.
> Integrate Candidate Gateway with the Jobs Posting page of CLIENT s Corporate website
Timeline
> The Talent Acquisition Management and Candidate Gateway modules must launch prior to March 30, 2021 when we anticipate onboarding a new program and hiring of large quantities of staff.
> Design, develop and test integration between Candidate Gateway and Jobs Posting page of CLIENT s Corporate website
> Develop test cases/scenarios and test scripts for unit, integration and user acceptance testing.
> Setup and Configure TAM/CG security. Design and build security roles, permission lists, and application level security as per business needs.
> Perform functional unit and integration testing.
> Lead and assist in User acceptance testing.
> Prepare checklist of all activities during cut-over/Go-Live.
> Provide go-live and post implementation support.
> Develop, in conjunction with CLIENT module leads, desk manual documentation of the daily, bi-weekly, monthly, annual tasks required of administrators.
> Provide clearly written documentation, work flow/ business process diagrams for all work performed and as requested
> Design, develop and maintain training documentation and provide training to module leads and other CLIENT users.
Qualifications:
> Solid understanding of and work experience in the following modules: Talent Acquisition Management (TAM) and Candidate Gateway (CG) modules and Core HR. Must have 4-5 TAM/CG implementation experience.
> Knowledge and experience of how PeopleSoft 9.2 TAM and CG modules integrate with other modules.
> Must have working experience with integrating Talent Acquisition Management and Candidate Gateway with Corporate job posting website.
> Proficient experience using PeopleTools 8.55 or higher, App Designer, PeopleCode; Application Engine; Application Packages; Component Interface; File Layouts; IB web services & App Messaging; AWE; Activity Guides; Work Centers; Security administration; PS Query; BI/XML Publisher; data mover and SQR
> Proficient with PeopleSoft Fluid technology. Developing Fluid pages, developing with Page & Field Configurator, drop zones and event mapping.
> Expertise in PeopleSoft implementation and support projects.
> Expertise in PeopleSoft security as it relates to TAM and CG modules.
