Description
Under the direct supervision of the Gondola Manager, provide safe and efficient operation of the Panorama Gondola through correct training.
Ensure that all service standards and precision performance goals are achieved in order to ensure a superior guest experience.
Requirements
Must be a proven, and experienced Lead Gondola Operator or with similar experience.
Assist with all scheduling of daily operations and special events, to meet budget.
Demonstrate the ability and willingness to further develop skills, abilities and knowledge on their own.
Guarantee that all service standards and precision performance goals are achieved on a daily basis and provide coaching and correction as needed, daily.
Follow all Company and Department Safety Policies and Procedures.
Must be able to communicate efficiently and be able to work in a team environment.
Must have basic knowledge of computer use and be familiar with MS Word and MS Excel.
Demonstrate the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Be able to work flexible work schedules and long hours.
Develop and put together new procedures.
Conduct weekly meetings with the operators to cover safety, discuss company information and operational issues.
Conduct and document operator training for all winter operations.
Ensure that Kronos is completed on time every week.
Assist Gondola manager in writing and conducting mid-season and final KRA reviews for the gondola operators.
Assist in coordinating and executing gondola operations for special events and for internal customers.
Required to take care of customer and employee incident reports.
