Description
Create positive first impressions for guests by greeting all guests and opening car doors as they first drive up to the Hotel, as per Westin Brand Standards.
Contribute to the effectiveness of the check in process by unpacking guest luggage from car and asking for guest information to be provided to the Service Express Agents, as per Westin Brand Standards.
Deliver guest luggage to rooms and perform other information and safety responsibilities as per Westin and Resort standards including but not limited to: using the key to open the door, appropriately unpacking luggage, emergency exit procedures and other duties required.
Contribute to the effectiveness of the check-out process by packing guest luggage and transporting from room to car.
Safely and orderly park guest cars and bring guest cars to Resort entry.
Safely drive The Westin shuttle in all road conditions including but not limited to: normal road conditions, snowy/icy road conditions, rainy road conditions.
Provide information to guests including but not limited to: the local area, Resort services, driving directions.
Communicate with Associates, management, clients, owners and others in a courteous and professional manner, and in accordance with Westin Brand Standards.
Positively and professionally respond to manager/supervisor requests to complete tasks assigned including but not limited to: cleaning the front drive, cleaning the bell/valet area, delivering guest requests to rooms.

Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years guest service, public relations or sales experience.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Lightspeed, GXP and Micros experience beneficial.
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.]
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must hold a current driver's license in good standing.
1 year of previous Bell/Valet experience at a luxury full-service Resort preferred.
