Top Producing real estate agent, seeking an all-star, problem solving assistant, who is excited to work in a fun dynamic and fast paced environment. This full-time+ support position includes an assortment of both work and personal tasks.
Applicants should be efficient and willing to work in an unstructured environment, be able effectively manage their time and prioritize tasks. An ability to be agile and flexible with quickly changing schedules and last minute appointments. Applicants do not need a college degree but must have a solid work history, ideally in customer service, and evidence of reliability and grit will be crucial. Some weekend work will be required.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Data input, overseeing property photo shoots, work with Microsoft Office, Social media management, marketing and preparation of marketing materials, driving to run tasks and for property tours, open house support, opening and closing down properties, preparing filing and paperwork, organizing, and coverage in all other areas off support. Experience in WordPress and website management a huge plus.
Applicant should be close to downtown Boston and interested in an evolving position that offers room for growth over time.
