Major Financial Services Company is hiring! This position will focus primarily on the Conversion activities and data provisioning component of the project. The candidate is expected to have both a business analyst and technical background since this is a more technically oriented product role. The position requires interfacing regularly with the development team, as well as the client's Technical and Business teams. It also requires interaction with other business and technical teams to answer inquiries and issues that arise from data provisioning and testing.
Please note this is a contract opportunity (8+ months).
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for data migration from a legacy platform to Major Financial Services Company's system
You will be responsible for data provisioning and testing and comparing data
You will develop user stories in an agile enviroment
You will write business requirement documents and write/participate in functional requirements
You will use your firsthand expertise in Workflow and process management to lead client conversations
You will perform gap analysis to determine current/future state and process flows
You will establish and maintain consistent communication with the client regarding progress of conversion
Qualifications
5-10 years of overall experience relating to business analysis
Heavy conversion experience
Experience in the Financial Services industry preferably Wealth Management
Understanding of Security operations/back office knowledge
Should be well versed with Agile methodology of development
Scrum experience would be a plus
Superb communication skills to interact with the client
Possess a high level of expertise in multiple functions across applicable processing system
Self-starter; comfortable working under tight deadlines
Highly detail oriented and organizational skills a must.
Work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
Proficiency in Major Financial Services Company or Major Investment Bank systems is a huge plus

Building requirements and work flows - API real time services
Building requirements with the client to reverse-engineer their logic to ingest and store security master data
Testing support BA application testing, system integration testing, integrated platform testing - provided by Dice
