Director of IT

As Director of Information Technology, you will:

• Collaborate with senior management and participate in the strategic planning process by providing cost-benefit/ROI analysis to assess risks and profitability of key initiatives, prioritize investments, and maximize EBITDA
• Quickly learn current business process and existing systems and apply your prior experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Billing, and Accounting systems to actively drive high value improvements to both
• Take a hands-on approach to successfully implement and integrate systems including foundational EMR, billing & payments, and accounting systems as well as differentiated patient management/CRM, data warehouse, and analytics solutions which support the effective and efficient flow of patient information across the system and maximize financial and lab performance
• Serve as the functional and technical expert to maximize the value of technology investments through hands-on configuration, integration, and support
• Manage the technology infrastructure to deliver reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient services across 25+ locations
• Not only negotiate with technology vendors and service providers to optimize value and improve service delivery, but also take accountability for the quality and timeliness of vendor solutions as well as the overall total cost of ownership
• Lead the IT function and oversee IT managed service providers

To be considered for this role you must have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology
• At least 10 years of Information Systems management experience, preferably in a healthcare services environment
• At least 7-10 years of experience leading IT organizations and managing technical teams, and 3-5 years of experience in a technical application support or solution architect role
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Demonstrated experience successfully executing and delivering technology projects on-time and within budget
• Prior experience implementing and supporting some of the following key systems: Dynamics Great Plains, Salesforce, Mellowood, Fertility EHR, eIVF, Artisan, ARC Fertility, BabySentry, MediTex, Centricity, MedQuest, Meditab IMS, and Medical Manager
• Understand the importance of data and analytics, key technology trends in Assisted Reproductive Technology, and the unique needs of IVF labs and clinics
