- 10/16/2020-11/27/2020
- Monday - Friday plus pager call
- Type of Patients/Cases: general, plastics, ortho, ENT, OB, GYN, cataracts, pediatric dental; peripheral nerve blocks, labor epidurals
- Provider doing all own cases; will not be supervising CRNAs
