 JOB DESCRIPTION: 
 
 This position is responsible for providing support to the Account Management Team Lead to ensure that weekly, monthly and quarterly access monitoring and account analysis tasks are completed. We are looking for a candidate who can quickly learn new Information about Identity and Access Management and apply their knowledge to analyzing data and providing feedback to correct issues that are not in compliance with set guidelines. The ideal candidate will be ready to learn new processes and technologies, work well in a team environment, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage and work on multiple tasks simultaneously. This includes the following responsibilities: 
 
 Analyze weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual Account Management reports to insure that all user, domain and service accounts across all Active Directories, Applications and environments are in compliance with TESS Guidelines. Make recommendations to System Admins on updates needed for their specific applications / systems and document analysis and findings in accordance with Account Maintenance Guidelines. 
 Required Qualifications:  
 
 2-4 years of experience in performing work encompassed by this job description within an IT setting 
 
 Candidate must be self-motivated, proactive, positive, and enjoy the challenges in a complex and unpredictable work environment 
 
 Attention to detail and procedural adherence are critical 
 
 Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other desktop applications 
 
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
 
 Strong logic and analytical skills 
 
 Organized and detailed documentation skills 
 
 Ability to quickly learn new tools and applications that are specific to the job 
 
 Strong work ethic with a focus on quality, results and customer satisfaction 
 
 The ability to acquire and maintain a Public Trust Clearance 
 
  PREFERRED:  
 
 Identity and Access Management Certifications 
 
 Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle 
 
 Knowledge of National Institute of Standards and Technology Special Publication 800-53, Security and Privacy Controls for Federal Information Systems and Organization (NIST- Rev 4). 
Qualifications 
 
 EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 
 
 Bachelors and two (2) years or more of related experience; Masters and zero (0) years experience.
