Job Description

Position: Deskside Services Technician Level 2

Location: Chicago IL and Suburbs-on Site

Duration: 6+ Months Contract possible extension

Visa: All

Interview Mode: Phone then Skype

Minimum Experience - 3-6 years of Deskside Services Technician

Background :

To be able to lead online support Team . this positon has frequent contact with end users, peers and manager .The candidate will provide leadership in a team environment with collaborative approach to resolving customer problems and support other members of the site services

Key Ask

-Act as a lead technician in the performance of onsite support activates

-Lead Teams in performance onsite services Delivery (eg Updates, configuration changes or software installation, Break fix activites,Deskside support ,data migration Etc.

-Perform complex installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and associated peripherals and related software.

Leas Teams in performance of IMACDs.

-Provide lead technical assistance to End Users.

-Provide on call support if required outside business hours on a rotational basis

-Hospital equipment related to IT should be Handle as a part

Desired Qualifications

-BA/Bs in computer science/IT or equivalent

-Five or more years of experience in services delivery and end user hardware and software

-Configuration in trouble shooting

-Experience operating in clinical Healthcare environment

-CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent

-should be able to lift weight up to 30 ibs at waist level

-Should be able to Bend under Desk for cabling and PC setup
