Description
Oversees operation of the Rooms Division, including Front Desk, Guest Services, Maintenance, and Housekeeping.
Responsible for working with managers and achieving employee, guest service, and financial goals of the Rooms Division.
Oversees all operations of the Neighborhood Company, including marketing, events, grounds, and Master Association compliance.
Assumes duties of General Manager in the GM's absence.
Requirements
Four year degree in Hospitality or Resort Management preferred.
Proven track record in the hospitality industry and direct guest service organizations.
Strong working knowledge of business software with emphasis on MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and Visual One.
Profesional demeanor, attitude and appearance.
Strong work ethic.
Ability to effectively communicate to guests, employees and management.
Ability to perform under pressure and with deadlines.
Ability to solve problems using common sense and hotel policy.
Demonstrates strong leadership skills.
Event management experience preferred.
