Piper Companies is seeking a remote Site Reliability Engineer. The Site Reliability Engineer will be responsible for monitoring support. The ideal candidate for the Site Reliability Engineer role will have strong cloud operations experience.
Responsibilities for the Site Reliability Engineer include:
- Provide cloud operations services specifically EC2, ECS, Cognito, S3, and RDS
- Perform basic networking tasks such as debugging connectivity and IP addresses
- Assist customers with service issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effectiveness
Requirements for Site Reliability Engineer include:
- 5+ years of professional Linux experience
- Experience with cloud technologies; AWS is preferred
- Knowledge of basic networking and monitoring skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and/or Computer Engineering preferred or relevant work experience
Compensation of the Site Reliability Engineer:
- Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package
