Daily activities may include the following:
Use of our rent management platform for most data
Receive, input, and follow up on residents' maintenance requests
Manage rental inquiries via phone, email and in person.
Maintain a wait list for prospective residents
Assist prospective residents through the application process
Prepare leases and related new resident paperwork
Prepare annual renewal paperwork/monitor online docs
Ensure timely collections & communicate with residents for payment
Process/scan checks received at site office
Manage move in and move out procedures
Oversee use of community center
Interface with maintenance manager and property manager
Approx. 32 hours/week.
