Piper Companies is currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist for a technology driven organization in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The Technical Support Specialist will assist in the maintenance of hardware, software, and network and database applications. The Technical Support Specialist will be flexible to work various hours and have strong experience in customer service.
Responsibilities of the Technical Support Specialist:
- Offer exemplary customer service by proactively responding to requests in a clear, concise and timely manner
- Be flexible to regularly rotate through different technical specialties and skill sets
- Handle customer service requests in a friendly, knowledgeable manner and resolve client concerns quickly and efficiently
- Maintain documentation and service reports via electronic reporting in Salesforce.com
Qualifications of the Technical Support Specialist:
- 3+ years of experience in technical-support roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and strong customer support skills
- Understanding of Software (Microsoft Certification)
- Industry Certification (A+, Net +, Security +)
- Associates degree in Technical Field or equivalent experience
Compensation for the Technical Support Specialist:
- Salary Range: $20-25/hr
