About the role Under the supervision and direction of the, Assistant VP of Business Operations, the Training Coordinator will provide clinical training, observation, and evaluation of HCA staff members. The Training Coordinator works in collaboration with the Medical Management Team to assure that clinical processes are uniform throughout the organization. They will integrate the teaching of EHR technology and clinic practices to support optimal patient care, customer service, and flow. They will serve as an onsite trainer for clinic staff functioning in front- and back-office roles to maintain optimal patient care and health center productivity. What you'll do Clinical Care and Training Co-builds the curriculum for training, including learning objectives and outcomes. Produces high quality visual and print materials (such as manuals and teaching aids) that are clear and effective for use in trainings. Assist with the preparation of training materials as needed. Maintains current knowledgebase on changes in clinic protocol; assists with updates to clinic manuals as assigned. Must have expert knowledge of the following: birth control methods, sexually transmitted infections, male and female testing and results, clinic forms, clinic flow and structure, procedure services (Abortion, Essure, Colposcopy, insertion, and removal of long-acting reversible contraceptive methods) PPMW front and back-office procedures and protocols. Evaluates training and development effectiveness by assessing application of learning to job performance, recommendations for ongoing HCA training and development. Works with health center managers and employees to identify learning needs; designing individual training plans or development guides; and coaching to improve performance. Develops objective evaluations of training programs. Travels throughout PPMW sites to deliver training programs, with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed. May fill-in as needed at all PPMW sites. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. EHR Training and Support. Assist with the preparation of training material. Loads practice management system with test data for training purposes. Delivers classroom and onsite EHR training programs. Participates in EHR workgroups as assigned to ensure effective integration of practice management into training delivery. Utilize, test, and experiments with electronic interfaces/software to appropriately train and educate staff. Beta tests new templates/interfaces; identify possible issues prior to integration into PPMW's EHR environment. About the Job: Coeur Alaska is seeking a motivated mineral process engineering student, to complete a Co-Op with our Metallurgical and Assay team, within Process Operations at the Kensington Mine in 2027 (Jan through August OR May through Dec) (minimum 6 months, ideally 8 months). The Kensington Mine is an underground gold mine located within the Berners Bay Mining District about 45 miles north of Juneau, Alaska. Our Co-Op program will provide you with the opportunity to gain real-world, on-the-job experience at Coeur Alaska. Interns are mentored throughout the Co-Op by industry professionals and given ownership of projects with a tangible impact on the company. Longer rotations at site ( 3 weeks on and 1 week off) will be required. What You'll be Doing: The Co-Op student will be responsible for projects in the mill, water treatment and in the office working specifically on efficiencies to be gained in our process operations; they will report to the Metallurgical Team. The Co-Op will be expected to learn all aspects of operation in the assay lab and metallurgical testing lab. Experience hands on operation of the water treatment and milling circuits are part of the development to allow for proper project co-ordination and execution with the goal to increase overall productivity of the mining and milling operations. Co-Op participants will collaborate creatively and technically with Summer Interns, to create a group presentation, highlighting a company area of improvement. The Co-Op experience truly culminates with all Co-Op/interns traveling for a paid trip to Chicago!
