Job Description Job Description Description The Residential Services Coordinator's role is to work closely with the ownership and property management team to bring forth and address the needs and the dilemmas of the residents. The Residential Services Coordinator provides support, intervention and lease education to the residents. The RSC also serves the residents by providing informal counseling, referrals to individual residents and access to other social services.
