Required Qualifications and Skills DDS/DMD degree or equivalent. Completion of an ADA accredited Periodontics Residency program. Current and unrestricted state dental license. Valid IV conscious sedation permit. Proven experience in a wide range of periodontal procedures, including implants, laser therapy, and grafting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong commitment to patient education and comfort. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
