They self-perform work across the Greater Bay Area, Central Valley, and Sacramento region, and are recognized for a strong safety culture, including platinum-level safety accreditation and a long track record of repeat work with major general contractors. Job Description Job Description Dubak Electrical Group is growing and in search of an experienced Industrial Electrical Foreman. This role will be responsible for the on-site management of assigned construction projects and field personnel to ensure the scheduled completion of the project within the established budget, time and quality standards while following standard operating procedures. The Foreman will lead a team of up to three (3) apprentices, and or a group of up to ten (10) Journeyman Electricians to plan layout, install and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment and maximize productivity. Internal Reporting: Reports to the General Foreman, Superintendent, and Operations Manager. External Reporting: Effectively interacts with owners, clients, architects, engineers, trade contractors, vendors, and others who are associated with project related activities. Depending on the foreman's level of experience, they may have 1-13 direct reports. The ideal candidate will have worked in an industrial environment and have experience with the primary job duties listed in this description. The primary job expectations will include but not be limited to: Helps to establish performance goals and reviews project documents, plans, and specifications in order to effectively direct construction activities.
