Demonstrated experience supervising concrete placement and finishing crews. Strong knowledge of concrete placement, consolidation, finishing, saw cutting, jointing, and curing. Ability to finish slabs, sidewalks, stairs, pads, edges, and architectural concrete surfaces. Ability to operate walk-behind power trowels and standard concrete-finishing equipment. Ability to read construction drawings, elevations, and layout information. Knowledge of concrete quantity calculations and placement planning. OSHA 10 certification. Ability to meet Fort Stewart installation-access, background-screening, and badging requirements. Ability to perform physically demanding construction work in outdoor conditions. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are required. Preferred Qualifications ACI Concrete Flatwork Finisher certification. Experience on federal, military, heavy-civil, or other large-scale concrete projects. Experience working on multi-story concrete construction. Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
